Shipping and Return policy
ATTENTION: COVID-19 may delay the delivery of your package by a few days. Please understand that the parcel deliverers have to deal with this exceptional situation and also protect their employees.
YOUR ORDER
1. PAYMENT
Payment can be made using debit/credit card only. Payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Only once the card issuer or bank has authorised payment to Sabrina Hooi Pei Chuen, will Kireini process the order. Please note, there may be a delay between you placing your order and your card issuer authorising your payment. Sabrina Hooi Pei Chuen will not be liable for any delay. Legal ownership is retained by Sabrina Hooi Pei Chuen until payment has been received.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
It is your responsibility to ensure that the invoice and delivery address is entered correctly at the point of order. Kireini will not be liable for any loss as a result of client error. You will receive an email confirming your order - please note that we are unable to process an order until we have received authorisation of payment from the card issuer.
Kireini reserves the right to refuse any offer to buy goods by you at any time.
Orders are processed on working days (Monday – Friday, excluding Germany Bank Holidays). We aim to despatch your order as soon as the payment is through. During periods of high demand, this time may increase.
Please check your order upon receipt to ensure that all products itemised on the invoice are included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 48 hours of receipt to advise there is a problem.

3.Germany Delivery Time:
All orders are despatched using tracking for service. Kireini will not be liable for any loss of goods.
Other than DHL standard tracking facility, we are unable to make enquiries for parcels deemed to be ‘lost’ until 15 working days have elapsed. No refunds will be given until enquiries can been made to the whereabouts of your parcel.
As far as in the description of the article no other period is indicated, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes 1 - 3 working days. Within the EU* (except Germany) the shipping takes 3 - 6 working days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

Special Delivery:
Please contact us directly if you require next day delivery. Orders must be placed by telephone by 12 noon to guarantee a next day delivery service. Please note weekend delivery is not possible. Delivery costs will be advised at point of order.

4. CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Prior to despatch: You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch by emailing pei@kireini.de. We will re-credit you via your original payment method.
After despatch: You may cancel your order within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods (beginning with the day following receipt). The cancellation must be made by emailing pei@kireini.de stating your name, address, order number and the reason for cancellation.
The goods must be returned to us in resalable condition; in the original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged. No refund will be given if any one of these conditions are not met, so we strongly recommend packing the returned item in a durable cardboard box. We recommend returning via DHL as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach us.
Once you have received confirmation from Kireini, please return the goods to the following address: Kireini (Sabrina Hooi Pei Chuen), Jesuitengasse 79, 50735 Nordrhein-Westfalen, 50735 Köln, Germany.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any products that have been opened.
Upon receipt of return, goods will be examined and we will refund the amount paid for the goods if they are in resalable condition; in the original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged.
Please note that if your original order qualifies for free delivery (order value €250+) and then you choose to return all or part of that original order, your refund will be the total, less the standard delivery charge (see 3. SHIPPING above). Refunds could take up to 14 days.
We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the rare event that a product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
5. RETURNS FROM OTHER RETAILERS
We can only accept returns for items purchased from Kireini. Products purchased through any approved spa partners or e-tailers can only be returned to the original place of purchase. When you choose to buy through these outlets you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.
